  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt dark chocolate and butter together in a double boiler.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until thick and pale.
  4. Fold the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture.
