  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter and sauté the onions until translucent.
  3. In a baking dish, layer half of the potatoes, followed by half of the sautéed onions, cheese, and turkey bacon.
  4. Repeat the layers and pour the heavy cream over the top.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
