  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer.
