Easy Cheesy Patty Melt

A delicious twist on a classic patty melt featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 4 slices cheese (your choice)
  • 4 slices rye bread
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, form the ground beef into patties and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook the patties in the skillet until they reach the desired doneness.
  4. Assemble the sandwiches by layering a patty, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and cheese between two slices of rye bread.
  5. Butter the outside of the sandwich and grill in the skillet until golden brown on both sides, and the cheese is melted.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding sautéed onions or pickles.
