12 ounces spaghetti
1 pound chicken breast, cubed
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the cubed chicken and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the mozzarella cheese until melted and combined.
Drain the spaghetti and add it to the sauce, tossing to coat.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
This dish can be made spicier by adding more Cajun seasoning.
