  • 1 pound sirloin steak
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut the sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steak bites and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned.
  4. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, then stir in the Parmesan cheese.
  7. Add the steak back to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
