  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 can (15 ounces) enchilada sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned.
  3. Stir in the enchilada sauce, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place a portion of the beef mixture in each tortilla, roll them up, and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
  5. Pour any remaining sauce over the top and sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
