  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup enchilada sauce
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a pan, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder to the beef. Stir well.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a pan until pliable.
  5. Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture, roll them up, and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
  6. Pour enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas and sprinkle with cheese.
