Easy Low Carb Chicken Casserole

An easy and delicious low carb chicken casserole that’s packed with flavor from turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup broccoli, steamed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, chopped turkey bacon, chopped chicken ham, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, steamed broccoli, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Mix well until everything is thoroughly combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is hot and bubbly.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
