- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
