4 slices turkey bacon
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, and melted butter.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet.
Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
While pancakes are cooking, cook turkey bacon according to package instructions.
Serve pancakes warm with turkey bacon on the side.
