These delicious freezer breakfast sandwiches combine turkey bacon and chicken ham for a quick and easy morning meal.

  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 8 slices chicken ham
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon according to package instructions until crispy.
  3. In the same pan, briefly cook the chicken ham until heated through.
  4. Scramble the eggs in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and cook in a skillet until fully set.
  5. Assemble the sandwiches: place a slice of turkey bacon, a slice of chicken ham, scrambled eggs, and cheese on each muffin half.
  6. Top with the other muffin half and wrap each sandwich in foil.
  7. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool before freezing.
