  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Add sliced onions and cook until caramelized, then stir in minced garlic.
  4. Mix in orzo pasta, chicken broth, and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.
