  • 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (your choice)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the sliced onions until they are translucent.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the potatoes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, sautéed onions, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Layer half of the potato mixture in a greased baking dish, sprinkle half of the cheese on top, then layer the remaining potato mixture and top with the remaining cheese.
