  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 4 ounces Gruyère cheese, shredded
  • 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add sliced onions.
