  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add onions and garlic; sauté until onions are translucent.
  3. Stir in the cabbage, carrots, and celery. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the beef broth, diced tomatoes, thyme, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
