  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Add diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  4. Stir in the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are soft.
  5. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Add the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring to create a sauce.
  7. Reduce heat and gently fold in the sour cream.
  8. Season with salt and pepper, and serve over egg noodles.
