  • 1 pound turkey sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 cups diced vegetables (bell peppers, spinach, etc.)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey sausage until browned.
  3. In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese, eggs, shredded cheese, and cooked sausage.
