  • 4 whole grain sandwiches
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 8 slices chicken ham
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices low-fat cheese
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, cook the chicken ham until heated through.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper. Scramble the eggs in the skillet until fully cooked.
  4. Assemble the sandwiches by layering bacon, chicken ham, scrambled eggs, and cheese on each sandwich.
  5. Add avocado slices on top and close the sandwiches.
  6. Wrap each sandwich in foil and place in the freezer.
