1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/4 cup diced bell peppers
1/4 cup chopped spinach

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper.
Add in the shredded cheese, diced bell peppers, and chopped spinach. Mix well.
