- 4 large potatoes, sliced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
