  • 4 large potatoes, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion in olive oil over medium heat.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Layer the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish.
