  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
  3. In a saucepan, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  4. Melt butter in the same saucepan, whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Slowly add milk while whisking until thickened.
  6. Stir in cheeses, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until melted.
  7. Add cooked macaroni, chicken ham, and turkey bacon; stir to combine.
  8. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes until bubbly.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add crushed red pepper flakes to the cheese sauce.
