- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
- In a saucepan, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
- Melt butter in the same saucepan, whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Slowly add milk while whisking until thickened.
- Stir in cheeses, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until melted.
- Add cooked macaroni, chicken ham, and turkey bacon; stir to combine.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes until bubbly.
