Hot Honey Pepperoni Ricotta Pizza

Experience a unique take on pizza with a blend of hot honey, pepperoni, and ricotta.

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Spread ricotta cheese over the base of the dough.
  4. Evenly distribute the mozzarella cheese and pepperoni over the top.
  5. Drizzle with hot honey and sprinkle red pepper flakes.
  6. Brush the crust with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool for a couple of minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For an extra kick, add more red pepper flakes.
  • Try using a pre-made crust for convenience.
