- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 container refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Form beef mixture into small patties. Place a small amount of mozzarella inside each patty and wrap the meat around it.
- Roll out biscuit dough and cut into quarters. Place a beef patty in the center of each dough piece and fold it over.
- Place on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.
