A creamy and delicious ricotta pasta dish that combines turkey bacon and fresh herbs for a quick weeknight meal.

  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup fresh herbs (basil, parsley)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop into pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté the fresh herbs for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add ricotta cheese, cooked pasta, and turkey bacon to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, and heat until warmed through.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with additional herbs if desired.
