- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- In a large bowl, mix the warm water, yeast, and sugar; let it sit until frothy.
- Add flour, salt, and Italian seasoning to the yeast mixture and stir until combined.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- Incorporate the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese into the dough.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Punch down the dough, shape it into a loaf, and place it in a greased loaf pan.
- Let it rise again for about 30 minutes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
