  • 8 ounces cheese tortellini
  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the Italian sausage over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic, carrots, and celery, and sauté until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
