Jammy Eggs with Chili Butter and Garlic Yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and gently add the eggs. Cook for 6-7 minutes for jammy yolks.
  2. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan over medium heat and add chili flakes, cooking until fragrant.
  3. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt.
  4. Once the eggs are done, transfer them to an ice bath, then peel.
  5. Serve the eggs drizzled with chili butter and a generous dollop of garlic yogurt.
