  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  2. Add the chicken breast to the pot and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Stir in the chicken broth, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the soup is creamy.
  5. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon before serving.
