- 8 ounces lasagna noodles
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can (15 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy, then remove and crumble.
- Add olive oil, onions, and garlic to the pot and sauté until softened.
- Pour in the chicken broth, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, add crumbled bacon, and let simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add cooked noodles and stir in ricotta cheese.
- Top individual servings with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese before serving.
