  • 4 leeks, cleaned and sliced
  • 6 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the leeks and sauté until soft.
  4. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  5. In a baking dish, combine leeks, turkey bacon, and cream mixture.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
