- 4 leeks, cleaned and sliced
- 6 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
