Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs, one at a time.
  5. Add lemon juice and zest, then mix well.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until smooth.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
