Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the egg, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and lemon juice to the butter mixture, mixing well.
