Loaded Campfire Cauliflower

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your campfire grill.
  2. Wash and cut the cauliflower into florets.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, garlic powder, and salt.
  5. Combine the cauliflower florets with the sour cream mixture and stir in the bacon and cheese.
  6. Wrap the mixture in foil and place over the campfire grill. Cook for 20-25 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender.
  7. Remove from the grill, unwrap, and garnish with chopped chives before serving.
