  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, sweetener, and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, sour cream, and heavy cream until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until combined.
  4. Layer the sliced apples on top of the crust and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the apples.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Allow to cool before removing the springform pan.
