Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
