Ingredients

  • 2 cups cantaloupe, diced
  • 2 cups honeydew, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew.
  2. Add the chopped mint leaves and lime juice to the fruit mixture.
  3. If desired, drizzle honey over the top and gently toss to combine.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve chilled and enjoy this refreshing medley.
