  • 3 pounds chuck roast
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it.
  3. Season the chuck roast with the ranch seasoning and au jus mix.
  4. Place the roast in a Dutch oven and add crumbled bacon, pepperoncini peppers, and beef broth.
  5. Cover and cook in the oven for 5-6 hours or until tender.
