No Bake Biscoff Cheesecake

A delicious, easy-to-make no bake cheesecake featuring the unique flavor of Biscoff cookies.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams Biscoff cookies
  • 100 grams unsalted butter, melted
  • 400 grams cream cheese, softened
  • 100 grams powdered sugar
  • 200 ml heavy whipping cream
  • 100 grams Biscoff spread

Instructions

  1. Crush the Biscoff cookies and mix with the melted butter to form the crust.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan and refrigerate.
  3. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Add in the Biscoff spread and mix until well combined.
  7. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

  • For added flavor, drizzle more Biscoff spread on top before serving.
  • This cheesecake can be made a day in advance.
