No Bake Mini Lotus Biscoff Cheecake

Ingredients

  • 200 grams Lotus Biscoff cookies
  • 100 grams unsalted butter, melted
  • 300 grams cream cheese, softened
  • 100 grams powdered sugar
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 50 grams Lotus Biscoff spread

Instructions

  1. Crush the Lotus Biscoff cookies and mix with melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini cheesecake molds.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread the mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Drizzle with Lotus Biscoff spread.
  7. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
