No Bake Raspberry and White Chocolate Cheesecake

A delicious and creamy no bake cheesecake filled with raspberry and white chocolate flavors.

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Melt the white chocolate chips and let cool slightly, then fold into the mixed ingredients.
  5. Add raspberries and fold gently to disperse.
  6. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

Notes

  • Best served chilled.
  • Can be topped with extra raspberries or white chocolate shavings.
