- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Melt the white chocolate chips and let cool slightly, then fold into the mixed ingredients.
