2 cups heavy whipping cream
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
In a separate bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Spread half of the cream mixture over the crust, followed by a layer of sliced strawberries.
Repeat the layers with the remaining cream mixture and strawberries.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
Notes
For added flavor, you can mix in a tablespoon of lemon juice with the strawberries.
