  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup pistachio paste
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, melt dark chocolate chips until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt until fluffy.
  3. Gently fold in the melted chocolate and pistachio paste.
  4. Pour the mixture into the chocolate graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Slice and serve chilled, garnished with additional pistachios if desired.

Notes

  • For a nut-free version, omit pistachio paste.
  • You can use milk chocolate instead of dark chocolate for a sweeter flavor.
