Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 16 gingerbread cookies

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar and continue to mix.
  3. Add in the vanilla extract, ground ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg, mixing until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cheesecake mixture.
  6. Crush the gingerbread cookies and layer them at the bottom of serving cups.
  7. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crushed cookies.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Top with additional crushed gingerbread cookies for garnish.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
