  • 100 grams unsalted butter, melted
  • 400 grams cream cheese
  • 100 grams powdered sugar
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 50 grams Lotus Biscoff spread

Instructions

  1. Crush the Lotus Biscoff biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of serving cups to form the base.
  3. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Whip the heavy cream separately until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Add the vanilla extract and fold until combined.
  7. Layer the cheesecake mixture over the biscuit base in the cups.
  8. Drizzle the Lotus Biscoff spread over the top and swirl gently.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
