  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Nutella

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until fully combined.
  6. Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet, making a small indent in the center.
  8. Fill each indent with a small amount of Nutella.
  9. Cover with another spoonful of dough, sealing the Nutella inside.
  10. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are set.
  11. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes
