- 1 apple, grated
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
