- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup raisins
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture. Fold in the raisins.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool on a wire rack.
