One Pot Creamy Broccoli Pasta

A delicious one pot pasta dish combining creamy broccoli with turkey bacon for a delightful meal.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in the pasta, chicken broth, and broccoli.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until creamy.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, and add the chopped bacon back to the pot.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
