One Pot Cuban Chicken and Rice Recipe

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and brown on all sides.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper; sauté until soft.

  6. Add chicken broth and bay leaf; bring to a boil.
